Our cancellation policy is strictly 48 hours prior to your appointment for all guests.
Unfortunately, if we do not receive a minimum 48 hours notice to cancel/change your appointment, your deposit is non-refundable. Also, if you fail to attend, we will retain your deposit.
We completely understand that things can happen at the last minute and can assure you that we will be sympathetic in certain circumstances.
