If you are unable to find a convenient appointment, please contact us and we will endeavour to help. We ask for 48 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling of appointment. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit. We appreciate emergencies arise so this will be at the manager's discretion.
Our multiple treatment bookings are designed to offer a substantial discount and as such, upfront payment is preferred. However, we appreciate that not everyone is in the financial position to afford this. In such cases, please speak with us as we are still able to offer the multi-treatment packages with payment on a per session basis. This would work as follows:
Example -Individual treatments £100 - package of 6 treatments discounted to £500.
We would charge the £100 per session for 5 sessions giving the 6th session free.
